Create your vault

Your master passphrase encrypts everything in your browser. The server never sees it. If you lose it, your vault is gone — there is no recovery.

        Unlock with PIN (this device)

Unlock with a short PIN instead of your full passphrase. The PIN protects a copy of your vault key stored only on this device/browser — it never reaches the server. It's weaker than your passphrase; after 5 wrong tries the PIN is wiped and you'll need your passphrase. Avoid on shared devices.

PIN unlock is enabled on this device.

        Rotate encryption key

Re-encrypts the whole vault under a brand-new key. Use this after a suspected compromise.

        Import passwords

From Edge: edge://settings/passwords → ⋯ (top right of Saved passwords) → Export passwords → save the CSV. (Chrome too: chrome://password-manager/settings → Export.) The CSV is parsed and encrypted in your browser — it never leaves your device unencrypted. Delete the CSV afterward.

        Browser extension

Autofill in Chromium (Chrome / Edge / Brave / Opera). Download the package, unzip it, then open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked, and select the unzipped void-extension folder. Sign in and unlock it with the same master passphrase.
